Short term rental cleaner needed!
We have over 30 short term rental properties in San Diego spread out across USD, Golden Hill and Hillcrest and some in PB. We are looking to hire another cleaner who also has experience cleaning.
Some of the work to be performed (Just some of the duties):
Cleaning and vacuuming living spaces post guest departure
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, wash dishes, take out trash
Restocking linens and dine-ware
Survey property for damages, or damaged linens and report to company
Survey property to make sure all equipment is functional and nothing has been lost and verify condition for next arrival
Will need to carry bags full of linens, cleaning supplies and equipment and climb stairs
This is a part time position during the slow season but can turn into full time during the busy season. Hours range between 11-4 (sometimes you start earlier and sometimes stay later if needed). You will not be needed daily but must be able to work occasionally on weekends.
You do not need to have your own supplies we have our own.
Looking for self driven, hard working, go getter mentality.
Must have adequate transportation to get to work.
