Job Description:
As a Solidworks Designer you will play a crucial role in the design and fabrication process. Your primary responsibility will be to create detailed 3D models of cabinets, sinks, tables, and other stainless steel products using Solidworks. You will work closely with our project managers and fabricators to ensure that designs meet functional requirements, aesthetic standards, and manufacturing feasibility.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Solidworks software to create accurate and detailed 3D models of stainless steel restaurant equipment such as cabinets, sinks, and tables.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand design requirements and project objectives.
- Translate conceptual ideas and sketches into manufacturable designs with a focus on functionality, durability, and aesthetics.
- Perform design revisions and modifications based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Create technical drawings and specifications for production purposes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Solidworks software with demonstrated experience in 3D modeling.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes, with a focus on sheet metal fabrication.
