- 4 yrs. restaurant management experience
- able to do basic restaurant admin work
- understand budgets and forecasts in order to maximize efficiency
- reporting to and working directly with owners
- solid knowledge of food and beverage
- scheduling, motivating and educating FOH team to ensure great service.
