We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented person with a can-do attitude for our Artisan Creamery to help lead our Stepladder Ranch & Creamery packaging team. The responsibilities for this full-time position include, but are not limited to: organizing team members for the day's needs, packaging cheese, brushing cheese, general cleaning, and assisting where needed in the cheese-making process. Experience in food manufacturing, bilingual in Spanish, and/or kitchen experience a plus-.
You must have reliable transportation to get to work and realize that our remote location is an hour from Paso and SLO, but we have a beautiful, natural secluded location.
You must be able to stand for extended periods and be prepared for bending, twisting, and lifting.
We have a great, small team that prides itself on high quality and fast paced work with extreme attention to detail and cleanliness.
