The In-Process Inspector will inspect electronic assemblies and electro-mechanical parts. Familiar with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards. An understanding of electronic components and assemblies, sub-assemblies (such as PCBAs, modules) and following documentation (assembly drawings, parts list, wiring diagrams) is essential. Familiarity with bills of material, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, process sheets and ability to follow verbal instructions.
Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm
$23.00-$29.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Fill out all required inspection checklist and keep accurate records.
Assist receiving inspection with inspection of raw materials as needed.
Use small hand tools and various measuring devices including, calipers, multi-meters, etc.
Complete job function in a timely manner with high quality.
Must comply with all Electro Static Discharge (ESD) precautions and company policies.
Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per the AMC Quality System.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED
2+ years of electrical in-process inspection experience
Knowledge of electronics assembly processes, SMT and Through-hole soldering
Able to read and comprehend assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and procedures in English
