26 year old business is seeking a experienced office person, to execute
project start up to completion.
Responsibilities:
Work with contractors and sales people. Order materials and schedule project installations. Pull permits and maintain work schedules. Answer calls and distribute information. File and maintain customer contracts and project details. Assist owner with day to day business. Must be detailed minded and can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Valid Colorado Drivers License, 3 years in an office work environment, proven experience in scheduling and ordering.
Proficient in MS and Email, General knowledge of windows based systems and Adobe.
Ability to interact with past and present customers, and can effectively communicate with venders factory representatives, subcontractors and employees.
Must be highly organized and can ask for help when needed.
