Vaughn Concrete Products, Inc. is seeking a full- time person to join our in-office team, located in Henderson, Colorado. Established in 1962, we are a successful small business that is family owned and managed. We operate three precast concrete plants that manufacture all types of precast concrete products.
Responsibilities include:
CAD drawing for precast concrete products.
Putting together submittal packages for projects.
Managing projects email and tasks through Outlook.
Coordinating with estimator and customers regarding projects bidding and projects in process.
Understanding our customers, products, and processes.
Communicating with customers, engineers, vendors and VCP personnel.
Logging all communications in project notes.
Communicating with other VCP employees verbally and in writing about products.
Providing written quotes to customer (from estimator’s work up).
Successful candidate must have:
Proficient knowledge and experience in AutoCad
A strong work ethic and desire to work at a smaller company in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
Computer skills including:
o Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
o Immediate knowledge of Adobe.
o File Management.
Good attendance required.
Compensation and Benefits:
DOE. Hourly wage for annual compensation range of $55,000-120,000.
Weekly direct deposit pay.
New computer with fast processor.
Casual office.
Eligible for attendance bonus immediately upon hire.
Health insurance, dental insurance and other benefits are available after probationary period.
401(k) plan eligible after 1 year.
Paid sick leave.
Paid vacation(after 1 year of employment).
Set work schedule, Monday-Friday, scheduled ½ day off during the week.
