Qualifications

Able to work in dusty conditions and maneuver on uneven surfaces.

Comfortable working in tight spaces and at heights, such as on scaffolding or in crawlspaces.

Willingness to follow directions and complete tasks as required.

Equipped with basic carpentry tools, including a tool belt with a hammer holster, utility knife, 30-foot measuring tape, cordless drill with bit holder, gloves, and hammer.

Foundational understanding of job site organization and construction techniques.

Maintain a positive attitude, self-awareness, and a respectful approach to colleagues.

Basic knowledge of safety and health practices, with continuous safety training provided.

Optional: Reliable transportation.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Ensure site cleanliness, load and unload materials over 50 pounds, install property protection, and organize tools and materials.

Assist with site preparation tasks, such as trench digging.

Maintain an organized approach to work and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Effectively communicate ideas and information; demonstrate curiosity and resourcefulness.

Prioritize safety for yourself and your team members.

Help maintain security on the job site, ensuring the safety of all personnel, tools, and materials.

Occasionally drive a company vehicle, depending on site needs, with a clean motor vehicle report required.

Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.

Benefits

Starting pay of $23.00 per hour.

$1,500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
