We're currently hiring for the following positions
Prep Cook:
Assist in the preparation of ingredients, help assemble and portion food items accurately and efficiently, assist in monitoring inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
Line Cook:
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to our recipes, manage a specific station on the kitchen line, such as grill, sauté, or salad. Utilize various cooking techniques, including grilling, frying, roasting, and sautéing. Plate dishes according to our plating standards. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of ingredients, utensils, and equipment.
Dishwasher:
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen, ensuring all dishes are washed and sanitized, and assisting with basic kitchen tasks.
