Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Stacked and Folded. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for creating delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards.
Assist with the preparation of ingredients and stocking of stations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following proper sanitation and safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Communicate effectively with team members, including front-of-house staff, to ensure guest satisfaction.
Embrace opportunities for growth and contribute to the development of new menu items.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in handling various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Fluent in Spanish preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
