Position Overview:
3D Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenters/Remodelers/Handymen to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and remodeling, with the ability to work efficiently and independently. This position involves providing services to mobile home communities, including interior and exterior remodeling, handyman services, unit de-trash, and property upkeep.
Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior remodeling tasks according to project specifications.
Provide handyman services to renters, ensuring timely and quality repairs.
Assist with unit detrashing, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Conduct property upkeep tasks as needed.
Requirements:
General knowledge in carpentry and remodeling.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic carpentry tools.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Pay will be based on experience.
