Job responsibilities are as follows:
Come to work with a good attitude & have passion for food & cooking
Working & managing service Wednesday-Sunday 12:00-9:30
Assist in managing and completing daily/weekly prep projects
Some basic butchery skills are required
Assist chef in training/teaching/staff development
Have sharp well maintained personal knives
Must be proficient at sauté, fry, expo, meat/vegetable cookery, & sauce cookery
Responsible for keeping a clean & organized station/kitchen and helping manage all aspects of kitchen cleanliness and organization
Must be clean and practice excellent personal hygiene
Must come to work with energy and focus
