Careers that Change LivesPosition is open to a remote worker.The Program Manager will manage the many elements of driving Integration, Education, and Adoption for Medtronic Financial Services. This team partners with all OU’s and RLM’s to provide best in class leasing solutions to our customers so you will work closely with Medtronic sales, credit, finance, marketing, and legal departments to help manage leasing programs and portfolios. Managing creation / implementation of MFS training modules

Maintaining MFS website

Managing / driving the MFS Operating Agenda Action Plan

Working with Operating Committee members to ensure progress on Action Plan

Coordinating Operating Committee meetings

Managing multiple projects working with various functions and business units

Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of progressive leadership responsibilities or project management experience (3+ years with an Advanced degree)Nice to Have Influence management skills - Ability to influence both leaders and individual contributors Results oriented; ability to drive to completion in adherence to project schedules Identifies and resolves issues in a proactive, creative, and timely manner Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Microsoft Excel expertise (functions, expressions, pivot tables, formulas, data sets) Ability to solve highly complex problems across multiple business functionsAbout MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide.
