Jack Link's Protein Snacks family of brands includes Jack Link's, Lorissa's Kitchen, World Kitchens Jerky, Bifi and Peperami.JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThe responsibilities of the Business Process Control Analyst will work alongside the Plant Department Managers and Supervisors with providing operations business process leadership and business system expertise at the plant level. Coordinates and documents the movement of allmaterials in and out of the production areas with the help of the department material handlers.Works closely with both the department leads and supervisor to ensure all materials are accounted for and moved in a timely manner.Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:PRODUCTION AND INVENTORY ANALYSISActively monitor business processes, ensure data integrity, control daily, weekly, and period reporting, and security needs for the plantReview business process documentation and update where necessary on a regular basisWork closely with warehouse and plant floor leadership and staff to help Identify root cause of data transaction errors in a timely manner. Remedy errors as they occurIdentify and/or suggest improvements; document and support related activitiesProvide implementation and ongoing support of new and existing plant operations business processes including SAP & Scanner trainingDeliver plant business software application training at a one-on-one level, as neededOn-site lead that will initiate, monitor and control risk mitigation plan in the event of business system failurePRODUCTION READINESS Follow daily production schedule & Bill-Of-Material (BOM) list to achieve specified goalsManage all raw materials to ensure availability in correct area for on time start-upMonitor workflow and adjust raw materials as needed to maximize machine outputTRANSACTION INTEGRITYEnsure input of location-to-location moves is made accurately in a timely mannerEnsure raw materials are correctly labeled and identified for proper dispositionMaterial cycle counting at required intervals as determined by finance and managementData entry of inventory transactionsEnsure accuracy of daily paperworkGOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES AND OTHER Maintain safe, clean, and organized work/storage areasEnsure safety devices are installed and working properlyAdhere to company safety policies; wear and maintain safety equipmentAdhere to company personnel policiesFollow good manufacturing practices, along with company SOP’s and SSOP’sPerforms other duties and responsibilities as necessaryPRODUCTION AND CUSTOMER CONFORMANCECoordinate with floor leads and supervisors for the training of all team members on use of BOM’sEnsure product conforms to customers’ specificationREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequired Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Required Experience:

1+ years of experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word; experience working with graphics

Data entry experience

Preferred:

2+ years ERP or SAP experience

Experience working with Bill of Materials and Cycle Counting
