We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic restaurant and bar managers and well as well qualified Sous Chefs for our restaurants. Ideal candidates prefer to work late nights and overnights with a culture of leading by example.

POSITION SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Manages restaurant operations, cost controls and compliance of the restaurant with a focus on security. Managers are assigned an operational area of focus like bar or kitchen operations as well as leading staff. All leaders act as a liaison between staff, ownership and other leadership.
PRIMARY / ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead by example and make vital decisions when needed to lead operations.
Follow all administrative, cash handling and security protocols to maintain safety for all guests and staff, at all times.
Follow all safety and security protocols to prevent theft, protect company assets and reduce liabilities.
Ensure all menu items maintain 100% availability
The execution of coaching and progressive discipline related to staff
Evaluate the property and it's operation at a regular interval and perform corrective actions to fix problems affecting operations and communicate to your peers, anything you are unable to address.
Daily accountability including timekeeping, quality of work, validation of work documentation and other clerical responsibilities related to operations.
Validation and follow up to ensure all accountability systems and process are in place and working correctly, all checklists are up to date and being used on a per shift basis.
Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation and guidelines
Use daily checklists and other managerial controls like timekeeping and travel paths to ensure continuity and consistency in operations.
Ensures that all proper maintenance is performed to keep all equipment 100% operational.
Protect and keep employee and company proprietary information confidential.
Perform other duties as assigned.
