We are seeking a part-time Studio Assistant that will help the Project Manager in maintaining the sample library, marketing collateral, and adds to the fun factor at Area!
As a Studio Assistant you will be responsible for:
-Assist in managing sample library.
-Package and prepare all out going sample orders.
-Maintain online inventory through Squarespace.
-Assist in preparing promotional materials and special projects.
-Have a love of all things related to organization and improving processes, bonus points if you follow The Home Edit or maybe you just like a good label maker.
-Help make sure Area's philosophy of More Fun, Less Drama is practiced throughout the organization.
Our ideal candidate is:
Able to work on-site.
A creative problem solver who thinks outside the box.
Able to bend, lift up to 30 pounds, stand for long periods of time.
A team player who loves working with a diverse group of folks.
Thoughtful, curious, and open minded.
You will stand out if:
You have experience with Squarespace.
You have experience with shipping with FedEx's toolbox and shipping manager.
A passion for art and design.
