Middle Creek Montessori Elementary School is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join one of our Lower Elementary classes for the 2024-2025 school year. Montessori experience preferred but not required.
Qualifications include:
experience working with elementary age children
experience leading a group and managing group behavior
planning and executing lessons (science, history, geography)
observing and evaluating student performance and behavior
preparing materials
maintaining a clean and organized classroom
providing individualized instruction when needed
creating a peaceful and empathetic learning environment
a love of learning and enthusiasm toward helping students be at their best
