List of Responsibilities:
- Sales, including making appropriate product recommendations, handling cash, ensuring items are rung up correctly, and completing transactions through a point-of-sale system.
- Inventory management, including counting inventory daily, notifying managers of discrepancies, handling product compliantly, and keeping the sales floor stocked and organized.
- Cash management, including counting cash at the start and end of each shift, giving customers correct change, and making accurate cash drops after each shift.
- Packaging, which includes packaging flower to exact weights, packaging joints and concentrate, and stickering and preparing all products for the sales floor.
- Cleaning and organizing, including daily cleaning of the store and keeping the sales floor, office, and safe room organized and tidy
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18 - $19/hour + tips
- Pay raises every 6 months with sustained job performance, typically around 5%
