QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills
Customer service oriented
Hotel / Customer Service experience a plus
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Accommodate hotel guests
Register and assign rooms
Issue room keys
Transmit and receive messages
Keep records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts
Make and confirm reservations
Present statements to and collect payments from departing guests
Verify rates for all in-house guests
May be asked to assist with Breakfast Bar set up
Full-time position, shifts and days to be discussed at interview. Must be available for varied days and all available shifts.Pay will be $14 per hour and up, depending on experience.
