Manage activities on the job site
Manage personnel at least a 3-man crew up to 2 full crews effectively and efficiently
Communicate and coordinate with the customer and/or designer effectively for accurate completion of jobs
This position requires 45 hrs up to 60 hrs a week from March through November
Maintaining relevant Standards on the job including ANSI, ICPI, SRW, NCMA, MCAA, but not limited to, as well as staying abreast and implementing updated trade practices and relevant news
Train and promote the development of subordinates in the best practice
Track and record all job expenses and hours worked accurately
Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Communicate regularly with Operations
