We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. As a Restaurant Captain, you will oversee the dining room operations, ensure a seamless guest experience, and support the management team in achieving the highest standards of service. Must have advance knowledge of wine.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Service Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining room staff to ensure efficient and exceptional service.
Guest Relations: Welcome and interact with guests, address their needs, and ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.
Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues professionally, resolving them promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
Sales Enhancement: Promote menu items, specials, and wines
Qualification
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge: Proficiency in restaurant operations, food and beverage service, and guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
Attitude: Positive, proactive, and customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
