Project Coordinator
Elite Construction Design Management, LLC. is a busy small business located in Circleville, OH. We are a Commercial General Contractor and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating/ordering project specific materials 5 years experience and be proficient in operating the ComputerEase platform, must have basic general ledger accounting skills, asset management, assist with prevailing wage reports, some accounts receivable, accounts payable and communication with subcontractors and business partners. The right candidate will have a willingness to take initiative and pay close attention to detail. The successful Project Coordinator will be both professional and reliable while participating in a fast-paced work environment in which they will be expected to take on multiple responsibilities. Must have reliable transportation, must be able to pass BCI Background Check, Pre-Employment Drug Test and provide references that we can contact.
Responsibilities:
Requesting Vendor/Subcontractor Pricing
Completing Project Close Out Documents
Communicate weekly Project updates to customers & employees
Change Orders
Create/Communicate schedules

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)

ComputerEase: 5 years (Required)
Work Location: Circleville/Columbus (Onsite Only)
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm (30 minutes unpaid lunch)
