Overview
A Solution Standards Consultant partners with Hyland's internal services delivery, product, and sales teams to identify, define, and document standards for consultants to use when implementing Hyland's Software solutions. The individual in this position will focus on standards for the Healthcare Enterprise Imaging Services team.
What you will be doing
Establish and document repeatable company software implementation standards based on established design patterns and best practices
Provide guidance and instruction for the successful and efficient implementation of repeatable business solutions to services delivery teams. Create training and detailed documentation and customer templates.
Capture the information from current deployments and leverage lessons learned to improve the department's delivery standards
Facilitate alignment of solution standards with the sales team and aligning sales motions with the standards solutions. Includes educating sales, assisting with content, facilitating creation of demo, and answering questions and providing guidance as necessary.
Provide documentation to drive successful and efficient implementation of standard business solutions
Provide effective and detailed education on standard solutions; ensure broad understanding of known features and limitations of standard solutions
Advocate for development of new solutions and solution enhancements based on experiences from services delivery
Capture solution requirements from multiple sources for new repeatable solutions. With supervision, provide input on the design of repeatable software standard solutions
Partner with team members to drive solutions through the services offering lifecycle to ensure successful launches of repeatable software standard solutions and ensure alignment with product, sales, and marketing
Partner with product and solutions management to ensure offerings are in alignment with delivery needs and expectations
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy
What will make you successful
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
Experience working with clients in delivering or scoping enterprise software solutions
General working knowledge of DICOM, HL7, XDS, Web applications, Integrating with Healthcare (IHE) guidelines, and Viewing preferred
Technical acumen with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
Self-motivated, with exceptional follow through and attention to detail and ability to manage projects to completion independently
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Sharp, fast learner with technology curiosity and aptitude
Effective at educating and conveying information through the use of compelling presentations
Effective collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to write quality documentation
Up to 20% travel time required
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $60,800-91,200,000 and eligible for bonus and benefits
