Looking for someone to join our team with proven saute experience at reputable establishments. The station requires knowledge on cooking proteins from start to finish during service and plating with appropriate sides. Menus change seasonly and include pan Roasted Amish Chicken, Seared Duck Breast, Pastas, Sesame Tuna, and more. You are responsible for stocking your station and helping to complete prep for your station. Over the last 10 years, this position has been successfully held by only 2 individuals.
