Order Analyst Our fast-paced, fun consumer client is looking for an Order Analyst to join their team for a remote (EST), contract role. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately analyzing and entering customer Purchase Orders received via Electronic Data Interchange or manually into the SAP system in a timely manner. You will be the Point of Escalation for third party vendor to ensure that orders they are unable to process are processed within the SLA. Responsibilities:
Manage EDI orders coming from the Sales Terminal System (STS), resolve the errors (coordinating with the Master Data team), check (prices, materials, etc.) and enter in SAP
Interact with numerous departments resolving order discrepancies: Sales, Sales Support, Credit, Sales Policy, Claims, etc.
Receive all orders agreed for direct processing coming directly from customers or from local departments Customer Service or Sales (e-mail, customer Excel or PDF) and manually enter in SAP
Assist on project to automate all order process; after implementation, supervise the AI exception report for unprocessed orders - correct and resubmit
Block incorrectly received orders pending receipt of corrections from Customer Service/Commercial before processing and releasing as per compliance and approval rules
Monitor blocked orders from third party to ensure that orders are released
Ensure that all orders received with correct data are processed within the agreed SLA and compliance rule
Lead audit requests and system enhancements relating to Orders
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook and Excel
Must be organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently; excellent communication skills
Experience with SAP or other accounting software
