Work location: 4001 Long Prairie Road Ste 125 Flower Mound TX 75028 Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Family Care Department Highlights: Supportive Leadership Team Collaborative Team Approach Training and Teaching Environment Growth & Development Opportunities Here’s What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent (required) 2 Years Front or back office experience in a clinic setting Req To be a successful Medical Office Lead:Ability to perform multiple tasks in one setting.Ability to work both independently and as a team.Able to effectively communicate with staff, patients, vendors and other contacts.Provides positive, professional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors.Able to maintain patient confidentiality while handling all patient personal health information and records.Demonstrated working knowledge of health care administration concepts. What You Will Do Manages clinic staff on day-to-day operation.Assists in identifying and providing guidance in resolving operational issues.Efficiently directs patient flow throughout the clinic.Coordinates general front office activities including, but not limited to: registration, TOS collections, verification of benefits, appointment scheduling, daily billing, daily reconciliations and other related duties.Assists the Practice Manager with ensuring appropriate staffing coverage at all times.Assists the Practice Manager with the new hire or reoccurring training processes.Assists the Practice Manager with facilitating training of new hires and other training initiatives.
