Smart Infrastructure Electrical Products (SI EP) is looking for a dynamic, results oriented finance professional to join our finance team and successfully manage day-to-day functions of a new plant as well as another expansion project through the build-up phase and subsequently in daily operations. This is a unique opportunity to make history as part of a growing business by working closely with finance and operations teams to ensure financial transparency and accuracy, execute and document internal controls, report, analyze, and monitor alignment with forecast as well as continuous improvement while collaborating with financial analysts and subject matter experts across EP plants.You will make an impact by:As a Jr. Financial Analyst, you will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

Drive CAPEX including issuance of POs, creation of asset numbers, tracking of actual spend, reconciliation of actuals vs plan, and capitalization in accordance with Financial Reporting Guidelines.

Closely work with the Fixed Assets team to understand and troubleshoot ad-hoc issues.

Keep track of all expense POs, and post good receipt by closely coordinating with the PO requestor on timing.

Work closely with the AP team to ensure invoice receipts are posted on a timely manner and escalate any topics to ensure correct costs are recognized at month-end.

Troubleshoot system issues that prevents automatic posting of invoices and educate the requestors on how best to create POs to ensure correct processing.

Support procurement in vendor management activities including creation, extension, credit limits, payment terms etc.

Closely work with financial analysts across EP factories to understand and adopt processes and share best practices.

Ensure internal controls are executed in a timely manner. Solicit documentation and be its custodian to ensure availability during internal audits.

Support the finance function as and when required with ad-hoc activities.

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field

0-3 yars of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis

Proven track record of performing in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Ability to network, collaborate and willingness to learn

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize and multi-task

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO)

The pay range for this position is $43,470 - $74,520. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
