We are expanding our Recruiting Team to include an individual who is also dedicated to delivering exceptional employee experiences and engagement.
Description:
- Oversee the hiring process, including creating job listings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, completing reference and background checks
- Partner with management to develop and deliver a complete and informative onboarding experience for all new hires, including benefits information
- Conduct new hire onboarding, stay interviews, and exit interviews to better understand the engagement and connection of our employees to their jobs and the overall culture, values, and goals of the organization
- Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Conduct employee training sessions
- Assist employees and managers with HR related questions

Schedule: Full-time- Monday through Friday
