House Supervisor (not live in).
(Residential Transition Home for Alcohol and Drug Addiction)
Residents of home are no longer using Alcohol or Drugs.
They have completed the necessary requirements and will be following strict rules & protocol.

Job Description:
Weekly oversight and inspection of home(s)
Maintain the home to standards supplied.
Handle applications & face to face for intake of new residents. Approximately ten residents in total per home.
Weekly visitation and meeting with live in "House Lead" Room checks, safety regulations in place, ensure no contraband onsite.
Intake paperwork for new residents with setup of payment system and signatures for rules of home.
Enforce consequences for violator's ie; warning or removal from home.
Weekly report sent to your Manager.
Successful applicant will be given training in several areas on how to manage home(s).
If you have experience working in this type of program please indicate.
You should be a self starter and able to work alone with minimal supervision.
Home is monitored through cameras installed inside & outside.
