Job Description:
Part Time Test Center Administrator
The Test Center Administrator works in a professional Test Center setting to ensure the integrity of testing services by proctoring and controlling the computer based test center environment. This will include working with computer administration program server and workstations, greeting candidates, verifying candidate identification and monitoring the examination process. Must be able to meet 50 new people a day and exhibit a professional attitude. Background Federal Employment authorization is required (no cost to employee).
NOTE: I need Saturday and Sunday covered. Normal TCA shifts require arrival by 7am to open and closing at 5pm. This is a 10 hour shift. There are no partial shifts. Job opening is for 10 to 20 hours a week which are scheduled in advance. Dependability a must. There is a possibility of fill in shifts on weekdays. You will be part of a four person TCA team.
Basic Job Requirements
Ability to effectively understand computers and troubleshoot with Help Desk
High School Diploma required, college experience preferred
Positive customer service related experience needed
Must pass background check
Must be dependable and always show up for work
Must be able to work effectively with coworkers
Responsibilities
Greet examinees and verify identification
Monitor candidates as they complete their exams
Resolve candidate issues or report them to the appropriate supervisor
Protect security of all computer software in Test Center environment
Authorities
Manage incidents of unacceptable identification or authorization on behalf of clients
Manage misconduct such as security breaches or inappropriate conduct of candidates
Ensure test center environment is maintained to ensure a safe and comfortable testing experience.
