Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all daily functions of the restaurant.
- Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining an encouraging atmosphere for the hourly personnel. Must be very comfortable talking with our guests during their dining experience.
- Lead by example and ensure compliance with company standards and policies as well as state a health regulation.
- Maintain an open line of communication between FOH Staff, FOH Manager and Executive Chef.
- Will show enthusiasm and desire to grow and expand knowledge of administrative functions to maintain the restaurants profitability.
- These functions will include but are not limited to controlling food,alcohol and labor costs, vendor communications, scheduling and P&L budgeting.
- Must possess the ability to quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that may arise during any shift.
- Ability to think quickly and solve problems in a hectic environment.
Qualifications:
- Possess 5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high volume setting.
- Available to work both day and night shifts Monday to Saturday.
- Passion for the food, mentoring staff and customer service.
- Proven track record of achieving goals set by management related to financial results and staffing results.
- Must have a high degree of honesty, integrity, reliability and guest orientated philosophy.
- Preferred 2+ years of wine knowledge.
- Must have Active ServSafe.
- Must have intermediate or better computer skills related to MicroSoft Office, Quickbooks and POS systems.
