Restaurant Kitchen Manager
This is a very hands-on position where you will be responsible for executing the Company's vision while directing, motivating, and leading your team to excellent results.
Restaurant Kitchen Manager:
2+ years of Restaurant Kitchen Manager experience, with no more than 2 Jobs in the Last 5 years
Experience in Fine Dining or Polished Casual a plus
Must be passionate about food and want to contribute to the creative process
Must have experience cutting fish and beef
Must be fanatical about cleanliness and food safety
Must be highly organized and communicate well up and down the chain of command
Prefer someone Bilingual
