Bay Contracting Services LLC is looking for General Contractors, Independent Vendors, Sub-contractors, and Handymen for property maintenance services, preservation, and remodeling in Austin TX, Dallas TX, Houston TX, Birmingham AL, Atlanta GA, Clayton GA, Memphis TN, Horn Lake MS, Jackson MS, Tampa FL, Orlando FL, Jacksonville FL, Miami FL, South Carolina, North Carolina, Baltimore MD, & Pennsylvania.
Weekly Pay: Net Pay 7 days (via ACH) upon completion of work and submitting photos. Express payments via Cashapp or Zelle is available too. We also make phone sale for pricey materials.

Requirements:
1. Have General Liability Insurance
2. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work. Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, air compressor and winterization equipment, Smartphone/ Tablet with Data Plan, Basic hand tools, Locks, etc.
Expectations: Good communication (call from site as we do on-site approvals), timely submission, and quality work.
