Need reliable part-time community manager to be owner's eyes and ears for three small mobile home parks in Clanton area
Tenants own their own homes and will be less management intensive than average.
Responsibilities primarily be once a month in nature:
* serving late rent notices (if any)
* reading water meters and inputting data into rental management software
* recording drive through video and uploading to cloud
* enforcing community rules (tidiness, landscaping, quiet etc.)
Manager may occasionally need to do ad-hoc assignments, including:
* meeting contractors onsite
* filing court eviction
