The City of Westover has an immediate opening for the position of City Clerk. This position assists the Mayor, City Council and Planning Commission in the administration of all City business. This is a part time, hourly position working Monday through Friday with required attendance at all Council meetings , Planning Commission meetings and work sessions.

The position requires proficiency in Microsoft applications and QuickBooks with payroll and tax filing experience. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to enable them to work positively with the public. Duties also include preparing accounting reports, accounts payable and receivables, answering telephones, filing and recording minutes of City meetings.
