Job Qualifications
Project Manager - Reconstruction Restoration
A minimum of 2 years' experience working for a Disaster Restoration company as a reconstruction project manager
Previous experience managing reconstruction losses
Effective communicator and a professional disposition
Establish and execute the scope of work to be accomplished
Emergency loss and handles the Rebuild portion of the losses
Residential, Commercial, and Multi-Family Projects
Addresses fire, water, mold losses
Offers upward mobility within the company
In this Project Manager role, you will:
Manage and facilitate residential, commercial and industrial projects through completion.
Generate detailed work orders, communicate, and schedule work with applicable divisions.
Generate & provide accurate project schedules to customers and assigned subcontractors.
Maintain frequent communication with customers, subcontractors, and estimators to achieve a cohesive and timely project timeline.
Coordinate & record all material selections with customer.
Determine & generate material take-off & coordinate purchase of materials.
Approve & submit invoices for payment with accounting division
Secure necessary permits.
Order dumpsters.
Maintain orderly and clean job site.
Coordinate inspection of property with city inspectors.
Obtain & submit Certificate of Completion.
Communicate with estimator weekly to provide status on all jobs.
Work within present job budgets.
Insure all employees/subcontractors are working safely.
Maintain company goals in regards to profit margin on jobs produced

MUST be able to pass a Background Check.
MUST be able to pass a Drug Screen.
MUST be able to provide a valid Driver's License.
MUST be able to confirm a clean Driving Record.
