Vaco is working with a great client in Birmingham to find a Helpdesk Support Associate. This person should have 3+ years of professional IT Helpdesk experience and a great customer service personality!

Experience requirements:
-MUST HAVE 2+ years of Office 365 experience
-PC Support and Maintenance.
-Phone System Support and Maintenance.
-Administration of user accounts, permissions and internet account assignments.
-Maintaining organized storage of all IT related items.
-Auditing verification of Security Logs provided by servers and firewall.
-Verification of server status on monitoring software system.
-Providing account access and maintenance as needed for client databases.
