Job Description

Creature needs a Senior ProjectManager to lead this effort across job sites in Birmingham. This person needs to be a detail-oriented person, with an in-depth understanding of single-piece flow. This person will be responsible and accountable for maintaining and sustainingthe schedule, quality, and budget for each project. There will be approximately 15 trade people on each project. These projects will range from $500Kto $2M. Because of the speed, and high acuity of this role, there is an opportunity to achieve an above-average salary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily communication with Project Managers and key stakeholdersacross each project in Birmingham
  • Manage anywhere from 2-5 projects at a time
  • Coordinate work through regular meetings and team huddles
  • Plan project schedules alongside superintendents from start to completion of each project
  • Lead key relationships with project owners, Creature superintendents, Creature skilled labor, and any subcontractors
  • Lead in estimating projects and ensure that projects are completedon time and within budget
  • Manage expectations with clients to ensure timeliness and accuracy within projects

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of proven and relevant experience in the construction industry
  • Background working in a self-perform environment a plus
