Compensation: $73,000-105,000 with 5% Target Bonus/ 10% Maximum Bonus

What You Will Do:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of DCS, DAF and electrical and instrument staff to insure installation, adjustments, repairs and maintenance of machinery are conducted in a safe and timely manner.

• Plan, organize, staff, and supervise daily work assignments to insure they are completed in a safe and timely manner.
• Coordinate work assignments with internal/external personnel.
• Utilize system mainframe database, PC software and other applications to complete work assignments.
• Schedule maintenance and repair of computer equipment to achieve no interruptions in Production.
• Assist Maintenance Manager in planning of capital projects and special projects.
• Request and secure materials, equipment and supplies needed to complete jobs in a timely manner.
• Train and conduct performance evaluations on staff.
• Assist in technological hardware/software issues for best practice resolutions.
• Pre-plan for software/hardware obsolescence and future upgrades of DCS
• Adhere to Company safety rules and regulations.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of processing, processing control or equivalent experience.
• Associates degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of high-level experience in computers, computer languages, basic programming, and/or instrumentation fields are preferred.
