Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking a Human Resources Administrator for a large manufacturing company in Burkville, ALJob duties include:Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Human Resources Department.Supporting managers and employees through a variety of administrative tasks related to organization.Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.Communicate in a clear and concise manner via telephone, email, and written correspondence ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately.Involved in all levels of administration such as talent selection (recruitment), data entry, creating/maintaining spreadsheets, scheduling pre-employment assessments, filing, scanning/copying, binding, e-mailing, scheduling job interviews, etc.Complete data entry requirements and prepare documentation in a clear, concise, and logical mannerPartner with the Human Resources Manager to screen and sort resumes while seeking only the most qualified applicants per the job descriptionMaintain computer and manual filing systems; develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficientMaintain Excel spreadsheets and databases with candidate informationRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher degree preferredAt least 5 years of relative administrative, human resources or assistant experience requiredKnowledge of human resources functions, office management systems, and proceduresProficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to type 55 to 65 words per minuteExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workHighlightsAs a Kelly employee, you will have access to world-class perks, including:Kelly-sponsored Affordable Care Act health care coverage available to eligible employeesGroup insurance optionsService bonus planHoliday pay planWeekly electronic pay optionsOnline training campus that provides more than 3,000 free courses to help improve and develop skillsExclusive online employee communityEmployee assistance program available at no costCorporate discountsTransportation Spending AccountsOffered and administered by Leslie & Associates.
