We are looking for a jack of all trades to work on rentals properties. Must have the below:
Transportation with a valid drivers license
Tools
A working cell phone
The ability to do all or most of the below:
Carpentry
Painting
Plumbing
Electrical
Sheetrock repair
Air conditioner and heat repair helpful
Must not be afraid to get on roofs
Lawn care - operate lawn care equipment
Must be able to get under houses
Must be able to work 40 hours a week, give or take a few hours
