I’m Hiring one individual per month for the remainder of 2022. If you have professional house painting experience that may be a plus. It could also be a problem depending on any bad painter habits you might have developed from other companies and aren’t willing to re learn things differently. If you do not have any experience whatsoever in this trade, that could be a great thing for you if you have good hand eye coordination, are a great listener and a quick learner who can follow directions while paying attention to detail.
There are a few key requirements to fill this position with no exceptions.
1. Transporation. Getting dropped off at the job site by a relative or significant other and picked up at the end of the day will not suffice.
2. A neat appearance. No sagging pants at work. Underwear are not showing more than an inch, unless you’re bending down to pick something up and cannot help it even with a belt.
3. Cell phone. You need a cellphone that is charged everyday at work. It doesn’t have to be a smart phone, you just need to be able to receive calls from me when needed.
4. A wrist watch. You can get a watch for $8 at Walmart. Pulling our phones out every 10 minutes to check the time leads to checking social media etc etc etc.
5. At least Two work references.
6. No criminal charges or arrests in the past 2 years.
