Human Resources Manager needed for a growing manufacturer in Hartselle AL. The HR Manager provides and manages human resources services, programs, and policies that attract, retain, train, and develop qualified teammates for the successful operation of the organization and to meet the future needs of the organization. This position is both strategic and hands-on, you will need to have experience managing HR Generalists or HR Business Partners in a previous position. The HR Manager will collaborate with all levels of the organization while focusing on several key areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, succession planning, and compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of HR Management experience.
HR leadership experience.
Preferences:
Manufacturing experience.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications.
