You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Corporate Real Estate Space Planning Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all design, space planning, office furnishings, and interior finish needs for the Corporation to ensure the optimal utilization of our facilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversees the management and leasing activities of properties, including any lease negotiation, lease inception, lease expiration, general building management, and tax considerations
Takes responsibility for the overall office layout and interior design
Oversees all aspects of the general office aesthetics and ensures that all lighting, electrical, and ergonomic requirements are met
Assists in the allocation and costing of office space to the various departments within the firm.
Takes responsibility for relocation management and the space planning of new premises
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.This is a single incumbent position.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field
Three (3) years of experience in space planning
PreferencesPrior experience in banking or financial services
Skills and CompetenciesExcellent organizational, written and communication skills
Excellent problem solving and priority management
Excellent analytical skills
