C2BMC is a multi-billion dollar program with multiple high volume proposal activities. The position requires demonstrated skills in administering FAR compliant subcontracts.Responsibilities include the execution ofsubcontracting requirements with multiple contracts types of CPAF, CPFF, T&M, and FFP; knowledge of the full lifecycle of subcontracts from initial award through contract closeout; knowledge of supply chain tools such as P2P, VIP, LMAP and supply chain processes. Requires close collaboration with program personnel to fulfill rapid cycle needs for quick-turn Task Order proposal requests. Applicants selected willbe subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Basic Qualifications:Must have experience with P2P, CPAF/CPFF/CPIF/T&M/FFP subcontract types,negotiation terms and conditions (T&Cs) andsubcontract execution. Proficient in the use of MS Office products to include detailed experience withMS Excel (pivots/V-lookups). Proposal knowledge to include competitive RFPs, statements of work,price/cost analysis, FAR, DFARs, and preparation of executive level briefings. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.Desired Skills:Previous proposal support to include development of teaming agreements and working with captureteams. Customer service oriented, problem solving, ability to communicate with a positive impact.
