We are a growing, progressive one doctor practice seeking a full or part-time experienced, veterinary technician who is friendly, energetic, and confident. Applicants must be team players who are flexible and can handle a fast-paced environment. Job responsibilities include customer service, data entry, medical note transcription, handling animals, administering medication, phlebotomy, surgery assistance, laboratory work, sanitation, discussing treatment plans, dispensing medication, etc.
Proficiency in basic computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel, telephone/verbal/written communication skills, one-year+ experience in a veterinary clinic as a veterinary technician is required.
Our patients are primarily cats and dogs. We are open Monday-Friday 7a-5p and Saturday 8a-10a. Weekend and holiday duties are required on a rotating basis. Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment. There is also no requirement for emergency/on-call duties.
