I'm looking for someone that wants to work servicing high end residential lawns and someone who can trim shrubs. I want someone who has experience. I will pay you more to come work with me. Text me your experience as far as years worked, company/s, how many yards per day, etc. I'm looking for someone skilled/already trained to do lawn care, not landscaping or irrigation. We meet here at the Meridianville shop every morning and then split up into 2 groups. I would really like applicant to not live too far away. Someone who lives in Meridianville or Hazel Green preferred. Each group does 10-15 per day everyday rain or shine WITH SOME SATURDAYS. You must be able to work occasional Saturday if we get rained out during the week. We never work Sundays. We service 150+ lawns in the same neighborhood! Pay is $500+ per week start out for EXPERIENCED HELPER in lawncare and shrub trimming is based on the job. I often offer shrub jobs and mulch jobs as side jobs on Saturday and you keep most all of the money. I don't want to do it so you can make the money but you have to have the drive to work and make money! Hours are7am-whenever(usually 430 or 5). I've had helpers in the past make $900-$1000 a week doing week work and side jobs on Saturday.
Here are some of the things required:
-commitment to be here all season
-must have own transportation to and from shop everyday
-must bring cooler with snacks and drinks for the day(water/Gatorade/Powerade)
-physically capable(no back, knee, ankle issues)
-love for the outdoors and heat
-can't be on colorcode
-cant do drugs on company time during the workday. I don't care what you do at home if it doesn't affect work
-valid drivers license
-cant be leaving to go to college before October
-cant be on cell phone
-must wear safety glasses/sunglasses
- use common sense and don't wear steel toe boots. We do a lot of walking!
Other general facts:
-We Never smoke in clients yards. Non smoker would be great! Do yourself a favor and quit those nasty things man!
-I keep my lawns looking clean with sharp edges. We go the extra mile
-We don't take a lot of breaks
-We ride 40-45 min there and back everyday and you get paid for riding
-we take turns swapping on the mower so nobody weedeats nonstop all day
