Staff Zone Huntsville is looking for a Branch Assistant to join the team!
The Office Assistant effectively and efficiently assists with the management of the full operations of the inside of a branch. This person must be able to work well with the Branch Manager, the Sales Manager, and with the customers to insure a smooth running branch. This person must be self-motivated, basic computer knowledge, and have strong communication skills.

Here is a realistic preview of what your typical day might be like.
In the morning you assist with dispatching duties with the Branch Manager. After which you will also help with balancing the books, managing credit and collections, promoting safety in the workplace, and any other functions that the Branch Manager may need.
