An established property management company is currently looking for a full time Maintenance Technician to work at an apartment community located in Madison, AL.
Must have reliable transportation. Must have 2 years of apartment maintenance experience including plumbing, carpentry, drywall repair, power washing, painting and HVAC. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon applying. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
