I am a home owner looking for a contractor that can handle some projects for my house. These are small-medium, but many. Please contact if interested. Must be insured.
1. Replace wood panels in garage with sheet rock. I want stripped down to studs, termite protection added, insulated, then covered with sheet rock, then painted This includes the ceiling.
2. Remodel the back wall of the garage to include 1 door. Currently has a sliding door.
3. Re-tile the floor of a shower.
4. Replace sheet rock in ceiling parts of house where damage has occurred. This includes painting.
5. Remove existing fence, then build new around pool.
6. Remove decking around pool, install drainage to street.
7. Repair / replaced rotted wood panels around garage exterior, and paint.
8. Repair/ replace HVAC system duct on exterior part of house.
9. Replace wall AC unit with brick wall and sheet rock
10. Replace and re route steel piping with PEX and PVC
11. Replace old doors and frames with new ones. There are 2 French doors and 2 main doors.
I do not have materials for this, but will pay for time spent consulting.
